The PLAY room
A newly refinished pool table under the marquee lights, a wet bar and high-top tables. Big windows mean you don’t lose the view downstairs.
A four-bedroom mountain home on 3+ acres on Bear Mountain, with a game room built for game night, a big deck with heaters and a trail that starts at the property. The dog can come too.
From the deck you look out over the foothills, and on a clear night you can see all the way to the Denver skyline. It’s the rare mountain stay where the view goes both ways.
Inside, the green barn opens up into a timber dining hall with big windows, a stocked kitchen and a game room downstairs. Outside, there are 3+ acres to explore, three holes of disc golf and a trail straight from the property. Evergreen is about 15 minutes away, and Red Rocks and Denver are an easy drive for a show or a wedding.
“The views of Denver, both at night and at dawn were breathtaking.”

A newly refinished pool table under the marquee lights, a wet bar and high-top tables. Big windows mean you don’t lose the view downstairs.

A real skee-ball machine, a poker table that flips to a game table and a shelf of board games. Kids and grown-ups both lose track of time.

An outdoor dining table, a grill, patio heaters, a fire table and rocking chairs facing the mountains. Coffee at sunrise, dinner at sunset.

A private hot tub on its own patio, steps from the house, facing the mountains. After a hike or under the stars, it’s the guest favorite.

A long table under the timber ceiling, a mixology bar and huge front windows onto the forest. Built for long family dinners.

A king bed, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, a desk, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a double vanity.
Three full bathrooms, so nobody waits for the shower after a hike. A pack-and-play, changing table and baby bath are ready for little ones.

“Great host with an amazing property! The views of Denver, both at night and at dawn were breathtaking. The game room downstairs was a great place to relax.”
“We had a group of five converging on here from different locations around the country as a base camp to enjoy the mountains and the Alabama Shakes at Red Rocks. The house was better than described and the location (great views!) was unbeatable.”
“We had two kids (2 and 4) with us who loved the ski ball machine. The card table is a nice touch too. And you aren’t missing out on the views and the wildlife downstairs in the game room either because of the big windows.”
“We really enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the deck in the morning, looking at the mountains to start the day. Sitting in the hot tub after a long hike to end the day.”
