The house
Bigger than it looks from the driveway.
The main floor is bright and open: a long sectional, a kitchen built for a crowd and a table that seats everyone. Then you find the lower level.
Downstairs there’s a rec room with a pool table and bar, an infrared sauna and more bedrooms, so the late-night crowd and the early risers never get in each other’s way. Out back, a deck with a fire table and a hot tub opens onto a fully fenced yard where the kids can run.

How far is Heisman Hall from Notre Dame?
About a mile from Notre Dame Stadium, close enough to walk to games, and about six minutes by car. The Linebacker Lounge is a short walk away and downtown South Bend is about nine minutes.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 14 guests in six bedrooms: four king bedrooms (the primary has its own bathroom), a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two bunk beds. There are four full bathrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Entry is self check-in with a smart-lock code sent on the day of arrival.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking on the property for a large group.
Is it good for families with babies?
Yes. A pack-and-play, a high chair and baby dishes are provided, and the backyard is fully fenced.
Are pets, parties or smoking allowed?
No. Heisman Hall is a family-friendly, non-smoking home. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is there an age requirement?
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire visit. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the person who booked. We may ask for a photo ID before check-in.
