Picture twelve of your favorite people pulling into the driveway. Kids tumbling out, grandparents bringing up the rear, cousins you haven’t seen in years. Inside, the house exhales.
Usually with twelve people in one house, someone gets stuck on a fold-out. Not here. Five bedrooms means everyone gets a real bed and a door that closes. Three living rooms means nobody fights for the couch. And four distinct zones (screening room, game room, hot tub, fire pit) give everyone somewhere to be.

A 155-inch U-shaped sectional for the whole group, a second sectional for the spillover crowd and a quiet leather-sofa room for readers and early risers.
Kitchen & coffee bar
A gas range for the real cooks, a dedicated coffee bar for the early crew and space for four people to prep dinner without bumping elbows.
The long table
Dining for ten indoors, so the first big dinner of the trip happens around one table, with patio doors open for the post-meal step-out.

A quiet residential street within walking distance of Notre Dame. No parking dance on game days, no Uber back from the Basilica.
Walk the Quad and the Golden Dome, visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and the Grotto, and see Touchdown Jesus on Hesburgh Library. For everything else, the car stays in the garage until you want it.

How far is Holtz Hall from Notre Dame?
Holtz Hall is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the University of Notre Dame campus, so you can walk to games, the Basilica and the Grotto without moving the car.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 12 guests in five bedrooms with six beds. Upstairs: two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Lower level: a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two king beds. There are four full bathrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Entry is self check-in with a smart-lock code sent on the day of arrival.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is parking for six cars: two in the attached garage and four in the driveway. No street parking is needed. RVs and trailers are not permitted.
Are pets, parties or smoking allowed?
No. Holtz Hall is a family-friendly, non-smoking home. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is there an age requirement?
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire visit. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the person who booked. We may ask for a photo ID before check-in.

Yes. Holtz Hall sleeps 12 in five bedrooms with six real beds, so the whole family stays together a walk from campus. Graduation and move-in weekends book early.
How far is the airport?
South Bend International Airport is about 15 minutes away.
