The house

Riverside Bliss sits on a calm, slow stretch of the Little Pigeon River. No rapids, just water for paddling, tubing, fishing and skipping rocks, a short walk from the back door.
Inside, there’s room for the whole crew: an open great room with a big fireplace, a kitchen with new granite counters and a dining table for the whole family, a second living room for quiet time, and a lower level built for game night. It feels tucked away, yet Dollywood, the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Gatlinburg are all a short drive.

The fire pit

A vaulted ceiling, a big stone fireplace and oversized couches for family movie night. A second living room gives everyone a little space.

Spend a day at Dollywood, browse the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community, take in Pigeon Forge and the Parkway, or head into Great Smoky Mountains National Park for a hike. Then come back to the river, the fire pit and the hot tub.

Where is Riverside Bliss?
On the Little Pigeon River off Pittman Center Road in Sevierville, Tennessee, about 9 minutes from Dollywood, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 22 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 16 guests in five bedrooms: two king bedrooms, a room with two queens, a queen room and a bunk room. There are five bathrooms.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Up to two small, fully house-trained dogs are welcome for a pet fee, which is shown in your total. We bring our own two small dogs here, too. Please clean up after your pup inside and out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Are the kayaks and tubes included?
Yes. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and river tubes are at the cabin for guests to use. Water levels and currents change, and river rocks can be slippery, so bring sturdy water shoes and keep a close eye on children.
Is it good for little kids?
Yes. There’s a pack-and-play, a high chair and kids’ dinnerware, a big yard, and a game room the kids won’t want to leave.
Is there parking?
Yes. There’s plenty of free parking on the property for several cars.
Are parties or smoking allowed?
No. Riverside Bliss is a family-friendly, non-smoking home. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is there an age requirement?
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire visit. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the person who booked. We may ask for a photo ID before check-in.
What about bears?
Black bears live in the Smokies. Keep food and trash inside or in the bins provided, and never leave food out on the decks or by the fire pit.
Is the river safe for kids?
It’s a calm, slow stretch of the Little Pigeon River with no rapids, good for paddling, tubing and skipping rocks. Kayaks, paddleboards and tubes are provided; please supervise children near the water.
Will we be stuck in Parkway traffic?
Riverside Bliss is on the quiet side of Sevierville, so you reach Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and skip the Parkway traffic on the way home.
