The cabin
A real cabin in the woods, with a game room out back.
Western-style decor, a cozy living room and a kitchen stocked down to the spices. Outside, a new deck with a hot tub looks out over the pines.
Days are for Evergreen Lake, Maxwell Falls and downtown. Evenings split three ways: ping pong and shuffleboard in the game room, stories around the fire pit and a soak under the stars. The property is fully fenced, so the kids and the dog have room to roam.

A peaceful, wooded neighborhood outside Evergreen, about 12 minutes from downtown and about an hour from Denver. Far enough to hear the quiet, close enough for dinner in town.
Summer is the season here: hike Maxwell Falls and Elk Meadow, paddle Evergreen Lake, catch a concert at Red Rocks and come back to the fire pit. Winter is quieter and just as good, with Echo Mountain about 25 minutes away, skating on Evergreen Lake and the hot tub in the snow.
The exact address is shared after booking. Deer and elk often pass through, and the property is fully fenced.

Where is Cozy Cabin?
In the foothills outside Evergreen, Colorado, about 12 minutes from downtown Evergreen and about an hour from downtown Denver.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 8 guests in four bedrooms: a king bedroom, a twin room, an office with a daybed and trundle, and the Writer’s Nook, a detached queen bedroom by the fire pit with its own heat. There is one full bathroom, so it works best for families or a group with kids.
What is the Writer’s Nook?
A small detached bedroom a few steps from the cabin, next to the fire pit. It has a queen bed, a desk, its own power and heat, and a little extra privacy from the main cabin.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Up to two small, fully house-trained dogs are welcome for a pet fee, which is shown in your total. The property is fully fenced. Please clean up after your pup inside and out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Entry is self check-in with a smart-lock code sent on the day of arrival.
Can we book both cabins together?
Yes. The Elegant A-Frame is our sister cabin. Booked together they sleep up to 14, with two hot tubs, a game room and a fire pit. Each cabin is booked separately.
Do I need four-wheel drive?
From fall through spring, yes. This is the Rockies, so please bring a 4WD or AWD vehicle for winter stays.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is on the property.
Does the fireplace work?
The indoor fireplace is decorative only. For a real fire, head out to the fire pit.
Are parties or smoking allowed?
No. Cozy Cabin is a family-friendly, non-smoking home. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is there an age requirement?
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire visit. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the person who booked. We may ask for a photo ID before check-in.
How far is Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
About 35 minutes by car, so concert nights are easy.
