The cabin
Classic A-frame outside. Nothing rustic about the kitchen.
From the road it’s the A-frame you pictured: dark siding, a steep roof and pines all around. Inside, it’s fully redone, with a chef’s kitchen, a big table and sliding doors that open straight onto the deck.
Mornings are coffee on the deck facing the peak. Afternoons are Evergreen Lake, a hike or a show at Red Rocks. Evenings end in the hot tub or around the fire table while dinner comes off the grill. The property is fully fenced, so the kids and the dog have room to roam.

Quiet foothills, with Evergreen and Red Rocks close by.
A peaceful, wooded neighborhood outside Evergreen, about 12 minutes from downtown and about an hour from Denver. Close enough for dinner in town, far enough for real quiet.
Summer is the season here: paddle Evergreen Lake, hike Elk Meadow and Alderfer/Three Sisters, catch a concert at Red Rocks and finish with a soak. Winter is quieter and just as good, with Echo Mountain about 25 minutes away, skating on Evergreen Lake and the hot tub in the snow.

Where is the Elegant A-Frame?
In the foothills outside Evergreen, Colorado, about 12 minutes from downtown Evergreen and about an hour from downtown Denver.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 6 guests in three bedrooms: two king bedrooms (the primary has a projector screen, a sitting area and a private deck) and a queen bedroom. There are two full bathrooms.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Up to two small, fully house-trained dogs are welcome for a pet fee, which is shown in your total. The property is fully fenced. Please clean up after your pup inside and out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Entry is self check-in with a smart-lock code sent on the day of arrival.
Can we book both cabins together?
Yes. Cozy Cabin is our sister cabin. Booked together they sleep up to 14, with two hot tubs, a game room and a fire pit. Each cabin is booked separately.
Do I need four-wheel drive?
From fall through spring, yes. This is the Rockies, so please bring a 4WD or AWD vehicle for winter stays.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is on the property, including a covered spot under the deck.
Are parties or smoking allowed?
No. The Elegant A-Frame is a family-friendly, non-smoking home. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is there an age requirement?
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire visit. Guests under 25 are welcome when traveling with the person who booked. We may ask for a photo ID before check-in.
How far is Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
About 35 minutes by car, so concert nights are easy.
