Why AdventureNest

Four reasons owners switch to us.

Proven revenue performance

We turn Aspen properties into top-performing income assets. Our portfolio consistently outperforms the market average, and not by a little. We don’t just manage your property. We maximize it.

Simple, aligned pricing

We work on a percentage of rental revenue, so we only earn when you earn. No flat fees regardless of performance and no hidden costs. Our incentives are aligned with yours.

Local expertise & asset protection

We know Aspen: the seasonal rhythms, the best vendors, the guests who return year after year. We protect your property like it’s our own, with proactive maintenance, vetted guests, thorough inspections and complete owner transparency.

White-glove concierge service

Five-star guest experiences drive five-star reviews, and five-star reviews command premium nightly rates and fill calendars. Our white-glove service isn’t a luxury add-on. It’s the engine behind your revenue results.

Our standard

An investment, not a second job.

If you’re tired of managing it yourself, or stuck with a manager who treats your home like a number on a spreadsheet, there’s a better way to run it.

AdventureNest is built around one standard: your home is run the way Brandon runs his own, with pricing checked every week, vetted local vendors, warm and fast guest communication and a real focus on protecting the property.

I care. I answer the phone. I read every review. I look at the numbers every week. And I treat every property like it’s mine.

Airbnb & Vrbo co-hosting

Already listed? We join your existing listing as co-host, so its reviews and history stay with it, and take over pricing, guests and operations.

A 30-minute conversation about your home, your goals and how you use it.

  2. In-person property review

Meet the team

The people behind your property.

AdventureNest is built on a simple belief: the people managing your property should have the same standards you do. We keep the portfolio intentionally small so every property gets the attention it deserves.

Founder & Revenue Strategist

Brandon built AdventureNest after achieving consistent market-beating results with his own properties. His background in client service, technology and revenue management means your property is always priced, marketed and performing at its ceiling.

Co-Chief Motivation Officer

Daphne (March 2024) and Scarlett (September 2025) are the two youngest members of the team, and they shape every decision we make. They’re the reason we hold every property to the highest standard and sweat the details most people never notice. Everything we build, we build with the next generation in mind.

A note from the founder

An owner-operator first, a property manager second.

I built AdventureNest because I couldn’t find the kind of partner I’d trust with my own homes: someone hands-on, accountable and focused on the right things. So I became that partner for other owners.

Today I operate homes across mountain, riverfront and small-city destinations, and every property I manage runs on the same system I use for my own: dynamic pricing, vetted vendors, warm guest communication and a real focus on protecting your investment.

I answer the phone. I read every review. I look at the numbers every week. If that sounds like the partner you’ve been looking for, I’d love to talk.

Owner questions

Before you call.

Where do you manage homes?

Our focus is luxury homes in Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Basalt and the rest of the Roaring Fork Valley. The portfolio also includes homes in Evergreen and Bailey, Colorado; South Bend, Indiana; and Sevierville, Tennessee. If your home is elsewhere in Colorado, ask.

What does full-service management include?

Revenue management tuned to local demand and peak events, guest communication without call centers, vetted cleaning teams with post-clean inspections, maintenance and preventive upkeep, listing optimization across channels, personal review responses, and monthly owner reporting.

How is the management fee set?

The fee is a percentage of rental revenue, so we only earn when you earn. There are no flat fees and no hidden costs. Your exact percentage depends on the home and the level of service, and you receive it in writing after the strategy call and property review.

Can you co-host my existing Airbnb listing?

Yes. We can join your current Airbnb listing as co-host, so its reviews and history stay with it, and take over pricing, guest communication and operations from there.

How does switching from my current manager work?

It starts with a strategy call and an in-person property review. We then take over the listings, photos, pricing and vendors from your current manager and plan the switch around the bookings already on your calendar.

Can I still use my home?

Yes. You block the dates you want, and we price and book around them.

Who will I talk to?

Brandon Wood, the founder. Owners get a direct line to him, not a call center.
